Remarkable Judgments made by Supreme Court Recently
Judiciary, As we all know that It is the third pillar of our Democracy and The Supreme Court of India is the torchbearer of justice - Objective, impartial and incorruptible. There have been several instances when the Supreme Court proved that law is the same for every citizen of India and nobody in this country is above law. From last few days, there have been several remarkable judgments made by the Supreme Court of India. Let's have a look at some of these: 1)Amendments in Section 377 Decriminalising Homosexuality This was one of the most important judgments by the supreme court recently, As before the amendments in this law the people of LGBT community were criminals in their own country without actually committing a crime.
